Job Description for IT Recruiter/ Recruitment Lead
- Review and understand technical job requirements.
- Sourcing through various channels (Portals, Social Media, Job Boards, Employee Referrals) and screening according to the requirements.
- Validate the sourced profiles by preliminarily evaluating all the relevant details required.
- Negotiate rate or salary.
- Schedule & Coordinate interviews / events.
- Post offer follow up until on boarding.
- Maintain the database as per the skills, experience, location.
- Build & sustain the network of potential candidates.
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates.
- Team Handling/Client interaction (for lead / account manager).
Desired Skills and Experience
- 1-5 years of exp in end to end to end recruitment. (Freshers can also apply).
- Strong Communication Skills.
- Sound knowledge on IT concepts.
- Experience in Social Media Recruitment and internet based recruitment.
For US recruiters:
- Willing to work in night shift.
- Sound knowledge in US work authorizations.
