Privacy

What we measure, and what we do with a form.

This covers targethr.in: visiting it, sending one of its forms, and booking a call. It is short because there is not much to it.

When you just visit

We count visits and see which parts of the page get used, so we know what works and what to fix. For that we use two tools, and both use cookies, small files your browser keeps so it can be recognised when it comes back.

We do not measure a visit when the browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, or is set to a European time zone. We have no cookie banner, so rather than measure those visits without asking, we leave them out.

When you send a form

The two forms (the hiring enquiry and the deck request) ask for your name, company, work email, and either what you are hiring for or your industry. We use it to send you the deck, to reply, and to prepare for the call, and for nothing else. There is no newsletter.

With it we keep a note of where your visit came from (for example the link you used), so we can see which of our links brought someone to us. Your submission is kept in our records, which are a spreadsheet in Google Workspace and a log on our web host, and it is emailed to us through Resend, the service that delivers the mail.

When you book a call

Booking happens on zCal (zcal.co), under its own privacy policy. When you finish, zCal sends you back to this site. Your name, email and answers travel in that address, so our page removes them the moment it loads, before any measuring tool can see them.

Who handles it

Hostinger hosts the site. Google (Analytics and Workspace), Microsoft (Clarity), Resend (email) and zCal (booking) each handle the part described above, under their own terms.
